The award-winning Bradshaw Lofts is home to 56 residences. A mix of long- and short-term stays attracts a diverse, eclectic community. There’s always someone relaxing in the lobby or picking up a coffee from Brch and Wyn downstairs. Familiar faces and new neighbours all part of the daily rhythm.

THOMAS HOLMES

Thom lived at the Bradshaw Lofts from April 2020 to March 2022 while he and his son and family built a home in Stratford. Thom loved his private exterior entrance and could often be found having a beer on his patio garden in the summer.

MARK BOISVERT

Marc has been a building staple since the very beginning and likely knows the ins and outs of the place more than anyone. All that being said, he’s a bit of a rebel and is often reprimanded for parking his motor bike where he’s not supposed to.

MARGARET BROTHERSTON

Marg was our most senior resident at 88 years old. She moved from a seniors living apartment to the Bradshaw for a more vibrant lifestyle. She played basketball in the courts across the street almost every morning. She never once used the ensuite laundry and washed all her clothes by hand.
